Is MKInsight fully web-enabled?
Yes. MKInsight is fully web-enabled making full use of web-server based technologies having been developed using the .NET Framework.

Do I need to be on-line to use MKInsight?
No. All critical functions such as working papers are synchronized onto local machines such as lap tops to keep everyone working efficiently.

Do I need to buy an additional report writer to get my information out?
No. MKInsight uses dotnetcharting software to deliver reports to users. This is included in the license fee. In addition Morgan Kai provides a free report development service for all users to maximize the ease and speed of implementation.

Do I need to invest a lot in hardware to get my team working on MKInsight?
No. The application will work on all modern machines using standard operating systems (Windows 98 or higher) and Morgan Kai can host your system on its own secure web servers for a standard annual charge.

Will MKInsight work on a Citrix system?
Yes. MKInsight is already in use with clients who had an existing Citrix system.

What level of technical support can I expect for my users?
Morgan Kai prides itself in the support it provides for MKInsight. All users are provided on line and telephone support free of charge provided the user has attended a one day accredited training course.
