Due to an ongoing number of successful bids and the expansion of our business, additional roles have now been created within our Implementation Support Team. 

The role of the Implementation Support Team is critical within our business to ensure that once selected, our MKinsight™ software is correctly aligned to our clients’ audit processes.  Working as a client facing consultant within the team, this is an opportunity to use your Audit experience to work closely with Internal Audit functions from a diverse range of industry sectors, both in the UK and overseas. Successful candidates will have:- 

  • At least a years Internal Audit experience
  • A desire to provide excellent customer service                                 
  • Strong presentation skills with direct delivery experience                               
  • An aptitude for documenting systems 
  • Ability to travel both nationally and internationally

MKinsight Trainers

Role: Trainer

Morgan Kai has now created additional vacancies for highly technical, friendly, and helpful trainers to assist in the role out of our award-winning audit software. The ideal candidates will possess an aptitude for helping people, be extremely organised and be able to interact well with people of all levels of technical sophistication over both email and telephone.


The candidate will be required to rapidly develop a deep understandings of the application in order to assist users on a day to day basis. The immediate day to day responsibilities of the position will include the following:

  • Delivery and adaptation of training to enable clients to use the application
  • Answering helpdesk calls, troubleshooting application errors, resolving or escalating as appropriate
  • The creation and maintenance of numerous documents including
    • User Manuals
    • FAQs
    • Training Materials


The role demands the following skills, abilities and qualities:

  • The ideal candidate will possess hands on experience in training delivery
  • A desire to provide excellent customer service through a prompt, responsive, responsible and friendly approach to customer queries / issues
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, proactively taking ownership where required
  • Excellent all round communication skills
  • The candidate will be creative, confident and demonstrate assertiveness where appropriate
  • An aptitude for streamlining processes to increase efficiency
  • The ability to effectively prioritise multiple tasks on an ongoing basis
