Administrative Support Specialist

Morgan Kai is seeking qualified candidates to provide administrative support to our teams in the United Kingdom and United States and to ensure that Administrative/Support requirements are met in a fast-paced, demanding and high-energy environment. Successful candidates will perform their responsibilities in an organized and timely fashion which is consistent with the operating practices of the business. Description of activities and responsibilities:

 

  • Administrative support
  • Undertake general word processing and excel work
  • Handling communications on behalf of the Sales staff including:
    • Daily maintenance of digital calendars
    • Arranging/accepting meetings and telephone calls
    • Maintain and manages Calendars
    • Types meeting minutes as required; monthly management minutes
    • Transcribe dictation
  • Manage aspects of team meetings including venue set up, Calendar notices, documentation and material
  • Office management
  • Organize and co-ordinate corporate travel and accommodation arrangements
  • Exchange and obtain information for senior management and external clients
  • Answer routine questions and obtains and furnishes information over the phone
  • Must maintain confidentially and privacy at all times in respect of these and any other communications which are necessary and appropriate
  • Preparation of letters, reports and documentation management
  • Organize and maintain correspondence and records, follows up on pending matters with some guidance

Qualifications:

 

  • Internet and PC proficiency with advanced MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related skills
  • 4 year degree is preferred but not required
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a professional environment

 

Demonstrated experience for the following:

 

  • With MS Word, MS Excel and related programs
  • Typing and word processing with high efficiency and accuracy
  • Experience with calendar and travel management
  • Telephone systems, conference calling facilities and internal telephone transfers

Implementation Support Manager

Morgan Kai is in need of an experienced Audit Professional looking for a new a career opportunity in which they can use their background and understanding of Internal Audit to work with organizations across the globe to implement MKinsight, our award winning Audit & Risk Management Software. This is not an internal audit or accounting position. The ideal candidate will possess an aptitude for helping people, be extremely organized and will be able to interact well with people at all professional levels in person, over email, web conferences, and telephone.

 

Responsibilities:

 

The candidate will be required to develop a deep functional understanding of our MKinsight Audit Management Software and the process we use to implement and support Audit Teams in the use of it. The day to day responsibilities of the position will develop over time and will ultimately include the following:


  • End to End Project Management for Implementation of MKinsight Audit Management Software
  • Consult customers on how to best configure and utilize the software to meet the needs of their audit team
  • Delivery on-site and remote WebEx training to end-users of the system
  • Domestic and International Travel (up to 30%) – Mostly in the US and Canada
  • Ongoing support services to be carried out via phone, email, and WebEx
  • Identify system enhancements through interactions with customers and communicate to the software development team
  • Test and troubleshoot application bugs

 

Requirements:

 

The role demands the following skills, abilities and qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • 2+ years of experience in internal audit
  • A desire to provide excellent customer service through a prompt, responsive, responsible and friendly approach to customer queries / issues
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, proactively taking ownership where required
  • Excellent all round communication skills
  • Solid public speaking skills - ability to provide user training in a classroom setting

Report Developer

Morgan Kai is seeking report development professionals to create world class graphical and textual reports for use within our MKinsight Audit and Risk Management Software. Our diverse customer base has a wide range of reporting requirement; with this role you will be instrumental in creating reports designed specifically to meet those requirements as specified by the customers themselves. In doing so you will work closely with Implementation Support Managers and Customer Service Representatives.

 

Responsibilities:

 

The Report Developer will assist in the creation and update of new and existing customer report templates as well

 

  • Understanding the client report requirements as specified by Morgan Kai Implementation Support Staff
  • Develop customer specified report templates
  • Develop standard report templates and dashboards for use by all customers
  • Creating various testing scenarios for testing staff to validate proper generation
  • Generate specified reports, review and raise any queries / issues
  • Assisting in trouble shooting reporting issues if identified
  • Liaise with internal staff to communicate reporting possibilities
  • Meet scheduled delivery dates for the client
  • Handling support queries related to reporting

 

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of VB.NET and SQL
  • Ability to analyse and interpret report requirements and liaise with appropriate team members to deliver product as per client specification
