MKInsight v.3.0 offers audit management the ability to develop audit plans at both the strategic and operational levels.

It allows the allocation of audit resources top-down at a high level across, for example, different audit areas in order to formulate an audit plan over any number of months / years. It also allows audit plans to be developed bottom-up using audit intervals for individual audit locations.

Both the top-down and bottom-up approaches can be used together in conjunction with MKInsight’s capacity planning module to test and verify one or more iterations of the audit plan.

MKInsight will then convert longer term strategic plans into short window operational plans designed to support ongoing management.

Audit plans can be periodically reviewed and analysed to establish progress at all levels using a fully integrated reporting suite.

Reporting is comprehensive, examples include:
• Audit plans over any period (user defined)
• Actual vs plan over any period (user defined)
• Full variance analysis at all levels from the audit universe down to
• individual audits
• All reports using time or charge out rates (user defined)
• Capacity mapping for audit resources
